for 3 years Ive been trying to improve my scapula stability to no avail. (My job doesnt help... repetitve blah blah blah).

I already do theraband, shoulder blade squeezes, pushups....etc

Im somewhat limited at the moment due to tears, impingement, tendonitis, bursitis etc.

But I gotta keep tryin... Dont I? Been recommended to see surgeon...

what is the best exercises for scapula stability that can be recommended.

Cant do overhead, pull/push exercises too much (prob not at all)

Lucky for me my knees are ok. heh heh

Try some exercises with your scapula taped back. But also can some scans to see whether there is an underlying shoulder joint problem that needs surgery as well.

Yes I think Ill try more of the taping. Shoulder always feel better when it is taped. Have a SLAP tear and Suprasp Tear. Thanks for your advice
