Robert Harvey's home cure for plantar fasciitis

In the Melbourne Footy Show, Robert Harvey apparently described jumping off a table onto his (stretched) plantar fascia to try to rip it to cure his plantar fasciitis.

Interesting how a rupture of the plantar fascia can sometimes make it pain free.

Well I've heard also, from a reputable source, that the suggested treatments for muscle cramps can also be used effectively for plantas fasciitis ;-)
