Hi, ive scrolled tru the other posts but havnt found anything that i'm wondering about......ive already being diagnosed with
runners knee, patella tendinitis by a chartered physio but i also have a certain soreness on the inner leg at my knee towards the back...i was marathon training when i picked up the injuries.....ive my patellaes taped to keep in place....its not IT band cos that's the other side.......i'm strengthening the quads and am starting to strengthen the hams now aswell to prevent imbalance but am just wondering about the soreness at the inner back of the knee, its more a soreness than anything every know and again and was wondering if it was linked with the other injuries....i'm going to get some sort of a scan cause i'm worred about any serious cartiliage damage which i totally pray it isnt.....though my physio has ran through a load of checks for this with pressure points etc. but no soreness......its just almost around that little bone (dont know if its part of your femur) thats above the knee???? I would really appreciate if you have any ideas....Thanks.
