Stomping on left forearm

During a game of rugby union my left forearm was stomped. It took a week for bruising to come out and it only come out after massaging the grissly mass. 2 weeks on there is still a significant bump which when touched gives a severe burning under the skin.

To get rid of the swelling if it persists, you could use anti-inflammatory gel and/or get a doctor to give you a cortisone injection
