New Zealand can do it but apparently we can't.
They have shown dramatic drops in injury numbers by introducing preventive programs but in Australia we still don't want to even count injuries.
I would say that the Howard government should hang their head in shame that we are falling so far behind New Zealand in this area, yet the opposition and minor parties don't seem to care either.
Why is it so hard to fund national sports injury surveillance in Australia?
