Looks like there is now no chance that KP will return for the final Ashes Test, as he has an Achilles infection.

Probably with the decision to have surgery he was going to be out already.

Flintoff will be back but it is dubious how fit he will be.

The English media and commentators have been teeing off a bit about the management of these two, particularly the fact that they were allowed to go to the IPL so soon before a busy English summer.

Are you a good fan of the game of cricket and are interested in buying the best cricket gear? Then read this article. Here you can find out, how to get the best cricket gear like cricket bat, cricket ball, cricket protective equipment and much more. First we'll look at the cricket bat. Buy any bat, make sure it's the right size for you, that your grip and batting style. First, you need a sound knowledge of design and size, the length of the stick no longer than 38 inches. The blade and the handle are the two parts of the bat, you should consider. A good cricket bat is the most expensive part of the bat, because there are over 20 separate poles that are inserted with rubber layers into it so that it can act as shock absorbers used.

Also make sure that the total length of the stick no longer than 38 inches, as is the maximum length of a bat. Make sure the gloves are not too tight, as can be painful if you asked for a longer period. If your gloves to feel a little loose or the seams on the inside hurt it's a good idea, inner gloves, given the generally produced only from a cotton blend fabric and make the gloves a little more comfort. Cushion for your gloves is also important and the more the better, but you do not want to go overboard, since that could be in terms of how fast you can move your hands free. You need to be protected by the super-fast balls, however, so be prepared, especially for a little more quality padding to pay.
