Last year I kept tearing my groin muscle 3 times after aggrevating it. I would pull up after a game and my lower stomach and groin area where so tight it was like I had stomach cramps and had to sit hunched and stand hunch as it would hurt to straighten up.Had my first run after about six months due to knee trouble after playing i had the same problem and also right at the base of my groin and near my ass i have a cramp like pain that has been lingering around. Does any one know anything about what the problem is and how to correct it.
