Has anyone got OA of the shoulder joint?
If so I would like to know what type of therapy is the best.
I have severe OA and in my left shoulder and my right
is starting to show early signs.
I have been doing Physio however this is not easing the pain
just strengthening the the muscles slightly.
I have been advised to stop all Physio and just keep the
shoulder stretched for mobility. If the pain gets too much
a total shoulder replacement is an option in the future.
I have never had any truama to the shoulders and don't have Rheumatoid Arthritis.
If anyone can let me know if they have the same problem and
what things they are doing to elliviate the pain and improve function
that would be great.
