I know it's an epic article I wrote before, but I'd appreciate it if some people could please make the effort to read it and offer some help. I wouldn't ask if I didn't need it, and I'm desperate for some help. That's how it gets when you live in such a backwards place where there simply aren't the doctors and expertise available on the mainland. As I said, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I would make the trip to mainland and see someone else. But speak to them or email beforehand so they know the whole story.
