most a/c problems are easy to fix now. you need the distal end of your clavicle adjusted superior to inferior w/ an arthrostim (chiropractors use them) and rehab it w/ exercise tubing. step on one end, bring the other over your shoulder (pulling the end of the clavicle down)(also put a thick towel under to keep from sliding and hold the back tube w/ the opposite hand ) , hold the handle in your hand and do motions in all directions w/ very little movement. this isometric exercise w/ the bones in place will stabilize it
