    Default Slipped Disc

    Anyone experience sharp pain in the back often. I haven't been to the doctor. But i suspect its slipped disc.

    It happen when i was playing with my friend and flipped me over and i hit my back against the edge of the bed.

    Since then, it starts aching periodically. I'm only 23 this year. and i read from an article saying normally, people who has slipped disc are matured adults.

    I guess I must go to the doctor for a check up.

    I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment as there are several conditions that may present as back pain. In the mean time, check out the following link for detailed information on a disc bulge ('slipped disc') including treatment:

    yes going to physio will solve your problem a lot and he will give you proper therapy for this .
