H i have a diagnosed case of tennis elbow it started when i banged my elbow on the weighs bench i am taking celebrex at the moment i have tried icing heat alternating heat, and cold i have done all the stretches i have tried tens, and i have tried a topical anti inflamitory ointment.
It has improved, and i feel very little pain but i am at a loss as to how i can get it to completely heal so i can resume physical activity. I have just bought something called a go strap but i am yet to feel any improvement does anyone know how to get this injury to heel completely.
