I had an MRI done while in the army and i'm trying to find out what it means...... some of the things it says under

Menisici: Medial meniscus shows type 2 intrasubstance signal.

Impression: Questionable chondral injury of medial retropatellar cartilage. Mild degenerative change in posterior limb medial meniscus. Small effusion.

Also under soft tissues: Small effusion extending laterally.

ALso what does Mild dgenerative medial meniscus chane mean?
