Hi, I injured my quad muscle about a year and a half ago playing soccer. I was in a sprint and my left quad made a pulling noise and it strained really bad and bruised. I tried to rehab it and ice it, I even did some physical therapy for it as well as I went to an Orthopedic facility where they gave me excercises to do as well as some ultra sounds. Now whenever I flex my leg there is a visible divot in my left quad compared to my right quad and I can tell that my left leg gets tired faster than my right even when I am standing. So my question is will this divot ever go away? Will my leg ever get better? Also I notice that even when I walk there seems to be something different with my left leg than my right leg...any thoughts? Opinions? Suggestions?
