Hello All,
I last month I had the Adductor Tenotomy opperation preformed bi-laterally. This was for my case of Osteitsis Pubis, which I had had for the previous year or so, main sorness being abs and perinioum(spelling?). I am currently about 3-4 weeks into my rehabilitation schedule.
What I was wondering was about others who had had this operation done and how they felt after it - initally and through recovery, their injury during rehab/ what types of rehab, complications and success. Any thoughts and the like would be appricated as I am laid up waiting for mine to get better, fingers crossed.
Cheers
I was told I had a pulled adductor by my doctor without x-rays mris etc. I have a tournament in 2 months and want to know if it is strained or torn. How painful was it for those of you that tore it? Could you walk? I can walk and jog etc. but it is definitely always sore. Was the injury excruciatingly painful or was it just a a nagging pain that only REALLY hurt when you kicked a soccer ball or changed direction fast?
