I just finished talking to a group of people who have come to my organisation for rehab and of the 8 in the group 100% were in the obese weight range of the healthy weight range chart. Not one of them was close to being in the overweight range.
I think i scared them enough with the talk of developing diabetes and damaging other parts of their body if they did not start getting active with an exercise program and begin eating a lot more healthily.
it is good to see that the media are letting the people of australia know about the detrimental effects of sitting down watching tv or playing computer games.
