Default I Need Advice- and FAST!!

I have a query with regards to my fractured Fibula.
I fractured about 8 weeks ago. Approx 100 - 125mm above ankle on right leg and no displacement of bone. Treatment involved cast for about 12 hours, removed and then support bandage from under heel to top of calf for 4 weeks. X-Ray showed healed.

Mainly my problem regards the fact that i still have niggling pain at the lower end of my calf. This goes with rest but returns when walking a medium distance (say 10- 15 minutes at normal pace). I wish to resume jogging and running but am afraid (and also unaware) of any porblems this may cause. I have had only one physio session and wish to resume exercising on a more regular basis but need some advice!

What is the best things i could be doing to improve the problem area and any precautions i could take to improve or help the niggling pain (or is this just a normality?? The pain is bearable, not overly painful).

Any advice welcome guys! Much appreciated and thanks in advance!!

    Default 8-12 weeks is normal

8-12 weeks is normal for a return to activity. Looks like you ma be closer to the 12 weeks till you're feeling really confident on your leg. Just a little bit of patience and a good graded return to running from now and you'll be fine.
