    Overweight is not good for the health. Overweight people have many problems in their life like they can't play and walk well. One main thing is that they have problem of high blood pressure in the future. So always have to control your weight. If you have overweight they you have to do the exercise regularly and they have to avoid junk food.

    I agree, being overweight is unhealthy. The tendency to keep fit when you are overweight is less. Obesity has so many negative effects on individuals. They say "The more bodyfat you are packing, the greater your risk of an early death."

    Well said.Being overweight is bad for our health. Too much weight causes lot of health issues so we should maintain our weight for living healthy life. We should reduce our weight for fitness.
