    Hi there,

I visited the website which had the exercises to help strengthen your neck muscles. So far I have found them to be very good because it also allows you to stretch our your neck at the same time.

    Jack,

If you have any more articles on the way make sure that you let us know. I sit at a desk 5 days a week for 8 hours a day and to have a break and being able to stretch my neck really helps.

    Cheers
