Quite an interesting article and most of all the title of the article is superb."It?s Time to Make a Coffee Run".Its eye catching man. Thanks for sharing but there are several known side effects of caffeine so a person needs to be more careful about how to use it.

Caffeine is a naturally occurring substance, found in over 60 different plants and is a stimulant and mild diuretic. It is the most commonly used drug in the world as it is found in coffee, tea, chocolate (and chocolate based drinks) and many carbonated and energy drinks.

Caffeine is known to be a natural substance that actually enhance the recovery timing of an injury. It contains essential nutrients that actually improves the circulation of blood. When I got injured while playing football I use this item for recovery.

    Lightbulb Replies.

What is important to know that caffeine is like a body energy efficiency increasing product. The amounts of it which we obtain generally reflects a small amount as in the case of coffee or something like that. But the more consumption in the caffeine do increase the levels in the body and enhances the performance too but regular intake as per researchers have termed to the leading of the cancer related issues. Caffeine make you alert and effective but will make one more drowsy after prolonged intake of it. For injuries related to personal consent.

I think caffeine is good to the body but I still control and balance my intake. I like having a coffee but I can also live months without it.
