Well done Kate! That is absolutely brilliant. Once I have sorted my neck out I am hoping I to can do something similar. Have just bought a treadmill which is being delivered in a few weeks.

Went to the athletics at the Olympics last Friday (lucky me). Saw Jessica Ennis. Wow, wow, wow. One of the best days ever!
