TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICES
• All written quotations are valid for 30 days.
• Prices are subject to alteration without notices.
SETTLEMENT TERMS
30 days from the end of the month of invoice.
GST CLAUSE
All items will incur GST, except for those indicated in the GST Free Column (*). These items are GST free under Schedule3.
LAW
Any contract shall be construed and take effect in all respects in accordance with the laws of the country that the goods are sold in.
TITLE
Ownership of all goods sold will be retained by the Company until full payment is received.
FREIGHT
Freight is charged at a nominal rate.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Differences such as short delivery, incorrect items supplied or other problems between the goods ordered and the goods supplied on the delivery docket should be advised within seven (7) working days.
GOODS RECEIVED AND GOODS INVOICED
Any discrepancies between goods received and goods invoiced should be advised within fourteen (14) days of receipt of invoice.
REQUEST FOR CREDIT RETURNS
Returns for credit will only be accepted subject to the following conditions;
• The goods must be in a resaleable condition and in original packaging.
• Unless the request for a credit return is due to an error on the part of Donjoy the customer will pay for the freight.
• Donjoy must agree to the credit request prior to the return of the item/goods and an RA (Returns Authorisation) number issued.
• Goods subject to expiry cannot be accepted if they are near or passed their expiry date.
• A 15% restocking fee applied to all returns unless due to an error on the part of Donjoy.
